1. Are you a trading company or factory？

We are manufacturer of lace and trimming, have our own textile factory, a dyeing factory and a big office.

2. What’s your MOQ?

Our MOQ depends on products, it’s around 1000-3000 yards. If it’s lower than our MOQ, there is a boot fee around 200-500 RMB.

3. Can I order a sample?

Sure, and we can offer sample to you for free if have goods in stock.

4. What’s your sample cost for my design?

Sample cost will be about $30-$100, we will confirm the final cost to you once get your design or sample.

5. What is your payment term ?

Our normal payment terms is T/T, 30% T/T in advance before production, 70% balance paid before shipment. But it’s negotiable.

6. How should I do if get defective goods?

If received defective goods, please email us pictures with issues and offer relate quantity, we will check and reply you within 1 working days.
